Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products MUST be in transit within 3 business days of receiving return label. Returns not in transit will be canceled. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds 

Refunds will be issued onto the card used at the time of purchase. In the case that the card is not longer active, a check will be issued and mailed to the name and address on the order. 

Refunds on Products with Free Shipping

The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. For example, if a Starter Pack is returned, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expense, the 10% restocking fee, and the initial cost of labels to ship the product.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@clc-lights.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@clc-lights.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include pictures of the packaging, shipping label, and content.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less shipping). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This process could take up to 30 days, though we will try to do it as quickly as possible. 

Refunds on Items Sent to Wrong Address 

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. If the customer provides a wrong address and is not able to receive their product because of this, Christmas Light Contractors will not be held responsible for the missing packages. There will be no refunds issued and no new packages shipped out.

Returns not in Original Packaging

If an item is returned and is used or not in it's original packaging, the package will be shipped back to the customer and the return will be canceled.
